Assistant Director of Club Programs/Operations

Daniel (Danny) Sharrah is joining the NORCO Admin and Coaching staff June 1, 2025. We are excited to welcome Danny to Colorado and for him to support our club and athletes as the Assistant Director of Club Programs/Operations. 

Danny is joining us from Campbell University where he has been serving as the women's Assistant Coach since Feb 2024. At Campbell he lead in the training of multiple position groups and was the offensive strategic coordinator. Danny also facilitated recruiting operations for off campus trips and on campus visits. 

Prior to Campbell Danny was the Assistant coach at North Dakota State University and the Head Coach of 17-1 at Volt VBC.

Danny performed similar duties to Campbell while also helping with operations and event planning at NDSU. During his time there he helped coach the team to their first 20-win season since 2011, as well as coached 6 all conference players and the 2022/20223 Summit League Setter of the Year.  During this time Danny pursued higher education and achieved his Master of Arts with an emphasis in Leadership in Physical Education and Sport. 

From 2018-2022 Danny competed for Dominican University on the Men's Volleyball team while getting his degree in Neuroscience. He was a leader on the team and holds the record for most aces in a single season! In 2019, 2021 and 2022 he received the Men's Volleyball Coaches Award for Leadership.
