This will be Caitie's third year coaching for NORCO. She has coached men's and women's volleyball at a variety of age levels, ranging from 4 years old to 18 years old. Currently, Caitie is the head coach at  Greeley Central High School, where she has previously coached as the varsity assistant since 2018.
