Want to increase your skills level while playing  on a "Split Court" with another team?....  If so, this tourney is for you!

The "Split Doubles Tourney" will provide each player an opportunity to increase total individual contacts in a game-like setting. With only two players per team, this will also enchace multiple skill development as each player must effectively pass, set, hit, defend, block and serve.  The court will be split into halves which will increase the number of rally's and allow for a more defensive oriented game. Matches will be conducted in a pool play format with bracket play to follow.  Teams guaranteed at least 4 matches.

Volleykidz is designed for the younger and/or beginner volleyball players. The program focuses on basic fundamental skills and techniques for building a sole volleyball foundation. The practices include instructional skill-based training with some game play built in as well.

Volleykidz Mid Summer and Late Summer

Dates: Mid Sumemr: July 9, 16, 23, 30 and August 6

Late Summer: August 27th, September 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th

The cost for the 5 week Volleykidz session is $125 if you pre-register through the NORCO website or $150 at the door.

Each Volleykidz session lasts for 5 weeks. For this session, each weekly clinic will be held on Tuesday nights from 6:00-7:30 PM ay NORCO Volleyball Facility, in Windsor.

Welcome to the Elite Setting Academy Session # 3 Each Wednesday, starting on July 24th, 31st, and August 7th.

This intense, very personalized Setting Academy, lead by Kate Hampson, former setter at Washburn University, two-time All-American, All-Time Assists Leader and Marissa Hughes, former setter at the University of Northern Colorado, Big Sky Player of the Week, 4 time Big Sky Champion will go over all aspects of setting,

Sessions will consist of footwork training, hand development, decision making, ball placement, 1st, 2nd & 3rd tempo sets, conditioning and much more. These sessions will also focus on how to run an offense and leadership skills to become an effective setter.

FAQs? Do I need to attend Session #1, Session #2 and Session #3 of the Elite Setting Academy Sessions? Will I learn something different at each session?

Answer: The Elite Setting Academy Sessions 1, 2 and 3 will each be structured around the individual abilities of the participants attending each session. So yes you are highly likely to learn something new at each session. Although similar setting skills, techniques, strategies, etc. will be addressed in each of three Elite Setting Academy Sessions, returning attendess will be challenged to improve on the skills learned earlier. Once a player learns great techniques in setting, the goal is for the repetition to create muscle memory and great habits so setting become second nature.

When: Wednesdays, July 24th, 31st, and August 7th

Time: 6:00pm -8:00pm

Online Registration Cost: $120/player (includes all 3 days)

Who: 14-18 yr old players

This skills clinic will involve 6 stations of skills that will introduce new skills/techniques, allow for tons of touches on the ball and lots of reps!  Players will spend time at each of the 6 stations and each station will change every session.  Some skills may be repeated or tweaked, but something new and fun will be learned at each session. NORCO Coaches and Collegiate players will be the clinic instructors.

The most important skill in volleyball is the pass.  The first contact can be the initiation of a kill or the end of a point.  Great passers always find a way to earn playing time!  Passing is a fundamental skill that helps every team and player achieve their potential.  All positions welcome! Join Lindsey Kerr-Blahauvietz at this 2-hour clinic focusing on serve receive, dig transition, down ball, and free ball defense.  Special emphasis will be placed on developing Volleyball IQ and learning the vital skills of platform passing, overhead passing, and reading a hitter/server.

Jenny Glenn, UNC Associate Head Coach and NORCO Technical Director, will lead a clinic focusing on defense and serve recieve technique with lots of reps!

Tom Hunter, UNC Assistant Coach and former NORCO Coach, will lead a clinic focusing solely on blocking.  This clinic will go over footwork, fundamentals as well as strategies for successful blocking!

The Setter playes a huge role in the success of any team. Join former UNC setter, Marissa Hughes, at this 2 hour clinic focusing on the technical skills of setting and the tactial skill of becoming an effective game manager.  This clinic will go over how to run an offense, leadership and keys to effectively executing an overhead set. There will be special emphasis on "in system" and "out of system" setting while working on basic sets.

All hitting positions welcome - middles, outsides, and opposites. We will work on specific roles of each position, starting with the technical skills of Attacking.  The 2-hour hitting clinic is designed to breakdown the swing and provides hitters a ton of repetitions.  Techniques will be broken down from footwork, jumping technique, arm-swing, and landing.  Special focus will also be given to ball control and shot development. $40.00 per athlete registered online, $50.00 at the door.

The July 2nd serving clinic will teach all the of basics and key compents of serving. Serving is a crucial skill that all players need to perform. From the toss to contact, every detail is important to successfully perform this skill. Come ready to learn a lot and have fun!

Join former UNC libero and NORCO coach, Breanna Van Der Most, to learn great passing and defensive techniques. From ball control to scrappy defense, learn how to become an outstanding backrow player at this camp. Come ready to work hard and have fun!

Brook Coulter, CSU Associate Head Volleyball Coach and Matt Botsford, CSU Assistant Coach, will lead this high intensity clinic focusing on being an all-around attacker. They will teach players how to get the kill as well as how to prevent it. Being a great defender as well as great hitter benefits teams and players immensely. Being able to get the kill and stop the kill lead teams to championships!

Join Amber Ortner and Glenn Sapp at this two part clinic for Middle School players. Proper technique and numerous reps will be provided for each skill! Come ready to work hard, learn a lot, and most of all have fun!

Join Glenn Sapp on August 6th to learn the advanced skill of jump serving. Serving is a crucial skill that all players need to perform, but jump serving allows for a more aggressive ball to be put in play, trying to get the opponent offense out of system. From the jump float serve to jump top spin serve, every detail is important to successfully perform this skill. Come ready to learn a lot and have fun!

This dual camp for both hitters and setters allows both positions to work on individual techniques and skills, and then combine to work together. The hitters will be lead by former CU coach and NORCO 16 Black Coach, Pi'i Aui, along with former UNC setter and 16 Black Assistant Coach, Marissa Hughes, leading the setters.
