Strength and Conditioning Coach: Ryan Tanaka
Ryan Tanaka is President and Owner of Reach Sports Performance and Plyocity Colorado LLC, a strength and conditioning company that specializes in plyometrics. He has worked with over 1,500 athletes during the past four years including the University of Colorado Volleyball and Ski teams and professional volleyball players on the AVP tour and in Europe. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds his CPR, First Aid and AED certifications. Raised in Kaneohe, Hawaii, Ryan now lives in Broomfield and is married to 2001 NORCO alum, Katie Lanting.
**All 14 and up teams will be training with Ryan 1-2 times per week during the season.
