Open gyms are a great way to check out NORCO in preparation for tryouts for our elite club teams.  Meet our coaches, play with our club players, and get to know our facility!  IF you want to play at NORCO next club season, make sure to come to our Open Gyms in May, June & July

USAV AGE DEFINITION GUIDELINES

• USAV Age is by definition the age of the athlete by July 1st, 2025
• Grade is not a primary determinant of USAV eligibility.
• Athletes are not allowed to "play down" (ie: play an age level below what is indicated above because of grade).
• Generally, NORCO looks to keep athletes with their Peer Group (grade level).  For example, an 8th grader who still qualifies for the USAV 13's, playing in the 14's USAV Age division is not "playing up."  They are playing with their peer group/grade level.
