Executive Director

Dr. Mahaffey is in her 24th year as NORCO's Director.  As a coach, she was the first in the club to lead her team to a Junior National Olympic Medal.  She was also selected as the RMR Junior Director of the Year in 2001 and followed that with the USAV National Director of the Year in 2003.  Previous coaching experience consisted of Collegiate, High School and Club coaching.
